Founding Trustee - Chairman
Mel Carlile
Driven by a relentless passion for creating personal and social change, Mel Carlile is dedicated to transforming lives through education, enriching experiences and the evolution of consciousness. As a Founding Trustee and the Chairman, Mel's vision and commitment are pivotal in advancing our mission and fostering meaningful impact. Mel was also the founder of MBS London Wellbeing Festival and is now a leading wellbeing consultant.
Trustee - Secretary
Richard Manly
Richard is a Trustee and the Secretary of the charity. Along with the other trustees, he is responsible for the efficient administration of the organization, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Founding Trustee / Vice Chairman
Yogi Ashokananda
An expert and pioneer as a practising master of yoga, meditation and spirituality. Yogi Ashokananda has dedicated his entire adult life in service to humanity by teaching, mentoring, writing, learning and speaking on yoga, meditation and spirituality.
Yogi serves as a Founding Trustee and Vice Chairman for the Ashok Tree Foundation and as a Founding Trustee for the Yogi Ashokananda Foundation in India and co-founder in businesses in UK, Croatia & India focussing on health and wellbeing.
His dedication to the development of humanity and providing equal opportunities for all is an inspiration to us all.
Founding Trustee / Project Manager
Michele Carvalho
With a career in the software industry, Michele has built global partnerships, igniting a passion for transformative outcomes for individuals and communities. As a co-founder of businesses in the UK, Croatia, and India, she has focused on promoting health and well-being.
Michele is a Founding Trustee and Project Manager for the Ashok Tree Foundation, working with key partners to ensure programs are funded and delivered effectively. Her dedication to positive impact drives her commitment to sustainable development and empowering underserved communities through innovative solutions.
Trustee / Head of Finance
Kwok Ying Chan
An experienced financial and business consultant and all–rounder, with a demonstrated history of working in IT, E-commerce, Retail, Financial, Film Production, Hospitality and Construction industries. Adept at problem solving and improving organisations and advising companies on financial business strategies.
Kwok is a Trustee and Head of Finance, in this capacity, she is responsible for establishing and managing internal control processes, procedures, and policies along with the preparation and filing of charities accounts and overseeing the Gift Aid process..

Willow Kemp
Interior Architect and Designer at Firmdale Hotels & Kit Kemp Design Studio with a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Cambridge university and a Masters in sculpture from Dusseldorf Kunstakademie in Germany. Travelling the globe to find the right partners & suppliers, while running areas of business in the UK & USA.
Willow is one of the Founding Trustees of the Charity.
